Personal Financial Management

Financial Readiness = Mission Readiness. This is the basis for the Department of Defense Financial Readiness Campaign and the cornerstone for Air Force Personal Financial Readiness (PFR) services. Service members face the unique and complex requirements of deployments, family separation, frequent relocation, spouse employment challenges, special needs, and other stressful situations. Thus, the importance of service members having their financial affairs in order takes on a heightened level of importance. Providing effective financial readiness education is essential to ensure customers are provided with strategies and techniques that lead to their financial success and resilience.

We Offer:

  • Personalized one-on-one financial consultations
  • Workshops
  • Check out the monthly A&FRC calendar for in-house class offerings.
  • Outreach presentations: we can bring our financial education presentations to your unit, spouse group, or organization.

Each February, the A&FRC participates in Military Saves Week, which is part of a DoD-wide financial readiness campaign to encourage military service members and their families to reduce debt and save money. This website has an array of financial resources and information related to the campaign.
