Relocation Assistance

Congratulations on your assignment to Moody Air Force Base!  We stand ready to assist during your transition.  Moody AFB is a great place to live and work.  Moody AFB is located in South Georgia, just 30 miles north of the Florida border. The base lies 10 miles northeast of the city of Valdosta on Georgia Highway 125, also known as Bemiss Road. Valdosta is considered a low cost-of-living area. The community widely supports and respects the men and women from both the 23d Wing and the 93d Air Ground Operations Wing.
